Shell Dezigns Jewellery Returns and Refunds Policy:
You have the right to cancel the contract and return your purchase within 7 working days of delivery.
To cancel a contract and return the item(s) please email sales@shelldezignsjewellery.com within 7 working days of the date that the items were delivered. Amuze will then give you a returns number, which must be used for all correspondence.
Please pack the items securely and send them to us with your order details. We recommend that you use an insured delivery service. Please Note: we will not be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us, unless we delivered the item to you in error, additionally Shell Dezigns Jewellery will not accept responsibility for any lost returns not using tracked mail and any goods damaged in transit due to inadequate packing.
Please ensure goods being returned are complete, packaged properly, and insured against loss.
Any goods being returned should clearly be marked "GOODS FOR RETURN/REPAIR" and supplied with your customer details.
Please be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing) As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.
A 5% charge is taken on all refunds to cover the cost of credit card processing.
Once the goods have been delivered to you, they will be held at your own risk and you will be liable for their loss or destruction. We will not be liable for the destruction or loss of the goods once they have been delivered to you.
Faulty Merchandise:
In the event of faulty goods, you must first contact sales@shelldezignsjewellery.com please supply your login name, order number and description of the fault. If it is deemed necessary for the goods to be returned, you will be given an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorisation). Any goods received without a valid RMA number will not be accepted, please e-mail sales@shelldezignsjewellery.com before returning anything to us.
If the goods returned prove to be faulty, a replacement or repair will be carried out. If the goods being replaced are no longer available, then an equivalent model will be offered. If the goods returned are not faulty,
they will be returned and you will incur the shipping costs, these costs will need to be paid before the goods are returned to you.
In no circumstances should you attempt to repair or open any product yourself, this includes, but is not exclusive to, removal of screws, opening the case, disassembling the unit, breaking any warranty seal or sticker.
Any goods damaged by you, or goods opened, are in violation of the warranty and any repairs or costs will be at our discretion.
Refunds are given at the discretion of Shell Dezigns Jewellery, If any goods are returned incomplete, damaged, soiled, or used, then we reserve the right to impose a charge proportionate with our costs of processing the sale. We reserve the right to restrict returns to unopened or defective products at our discretion. |
